Introduction
Prison SMART Sweden has collaborated with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service in the production of yoga dvd’s with recorded yoga instructions and meditations.The project shows yoga on the internal tv net to allow prisoners to release stress and anguish. It is offered on a national level in all the custodies and prisons in Sweden.
